FORT MYERS, FLA. - Kyle Gibson just laughed at the idea. His fastball was clocked at 96 miles per hour?

Would love to see Dinkelman got a roster spot as a pinch hitter/bench player. He plays infield and outfield, so he has utility. He can hit. He should replace Butera on the bench.

As long as Gardy is the manager, Butera will always have a spot on the bench.

Looks like Anderson has some work to do on Gibson, he has to get at least 8 mph shaved off that fastball so he can pitch to contact.

What I like most about the report on Gibson is that he was, according to Mauer, throwing a heavy ball. I'd like to get the hitters' take on that. Heavy balls induce lots and lots of grounders.

"Heavy balls induce lots and lots of grounders"...In that case, we should stop buying normal balls.

"As long as Gardy is the manager, Butera will always have a spot on the bench"...That's not a problem.....When Buera gets a spot on THE FIELD, is when problems arise.

News flash!!! Gibson will start in Triple A. This is a typical Twins move regarding vesting time/money. Expect to see Gibson around mid July. ESPN said the Twins were one of the cheapest pro sports franchises. No sheeet Sherlock!
