Brad Bigler, who has endured more than his fair share of tragedy of late, had his team hang tough in the rugged NSIC.

Went to college with Brad at SMSU...great guy with unbelievable character! What he and his family have endured is almost impossible to comprehend. Go Mustangs!

Great story! Can't imagine losing your child and your mom that way. I've always been impressed with Miles when I heard him interviewed on sports radio, and this just solidifies that. Wish we would have had an opportunity to hire him for the Gophs before Nebraska got him.

Great admiration for Coach Bigler, but Coach Miles, save your phone conversations for after you get off the road! You were so distracted that you missed 8 exits and went 20 miles beyond your goal?! You were lucky you didn't smack yourself into the back end of a semi. Was your conversation really so much more important than the safety of your fellow drivers or the feelings and welfare of your family after you seriously injured or even killed yourself because you decided to do something so thoughtless and dumb?
