The State of Nevada granted this doctor the license to practice should they be liable? The US Government through Medicare paid claims to this doctor for Medicare patients. He was a Network Medicare Provider United Health paid claims to this doctor as well. He was also a United Health Network provider.......... Bottom line the Dr is responsible and his malpractice insurance will cover the claim.. The greedy lawyers are bringing in United into this with hopes of deep pockets and money!
