I feel bad for any of you that did NOT vote for Obama however if it makes you feel any better, Nancy Pelosi said higher unemployment helps the economy.

Very few resumes that come across my desk are from employed persons. Any employer that requires hiring only employed people is missing out on some great candidates. However, I won't consider people who would be taking too large a step back in their careers. Too often, they take the job, then expect the same respect and responsibilities they had in their old job, get angry that they aren't promoted in their first year, and think they deserve huge pay increases so they can get back to the salary they think they deserve.
