Acting Hennepin County Administrator David Hough takes over top job permanently

Currently the acting administrator, he climbed through the ranks and will now oversee 8,000 employees and a $1.75 billion budget.

I attended college with David Hough. He's a first rate guy: smart, compassionate, funny and humble. He's integrity personified. Congratulations to Hennepin County!
