Obama said --> "At this point, we continue to reach out to the Republicans and say this is not going to be good for the economy, and it's not going to be good for ordinary people," Obama said. Since when was he worried about the economy or ordinary people? Was it Obamacare? Was it the decision on Keystone pipeline? This guy is just looking out for his image now!! Sorry BO you are worse than Jimmy Carter!!

What ever happen to Obama's "Bring Democrats and Republicans together to pass an agenda" campaign promise? A real leader would have been able to do just that.

Re:"What has he been doing for the first 2 months of the year?" - Well he took a nice vacation to Hawaii, which cost taxpayers several million dollars. He then came back and signed a huge tax increase into law (which everybody who works can see in their checks.) He then went on a nice golf vacation to Florida where he spent a full day with a $1,000/hr instructor and then golfed with Tiger Woods while the press had to sit on a bus waiting.

What ever happen to Obama's "Bring Democrats and Republicans together to pass an agenda" campaign promise? A real leader would have been able to do just that *** The only way Obama could "pass an agenda" would be to accede to everything the GOP wants. But wait, they don't even know what they want, because for everything they desire they have to give up something else they desire and they can't handle that reality. They want to be in charge but don't want to work as hard as that would require! So instead they pander to the lowest common denominator of Obama haters. (Come together/ right now/ over me...tra la.) The worst element in America's politics have united against the President and the result will be transformative alright. Get used to the 24/7 election cycle 365 days of every year.

For all you libs out there that advocate hitting the evil "rich" because they can handle the higher taxes easier because of the money they have...consider this: $85 billion dollars (the cuts sequestration orders)is 2.3% of the $3.6 TRILLION dollar budget. If the federal government cannot absorb a 2.3% cut to their $3.6 TRILLION budget, and the government has more money than ANY OF THE EVIL RICH, why would you expect anyone with less money than the government to absorb a cut in their income? If this country cannot make it on a 2.3% cut, then, even a community organizer or a liberal should be able to figure out we are giving away TOO DAMN MUCH of the taxpaying public's money!

Obama has gone on more campaign trips and vacations than the number of times he has met with the republicans on this issue. Nice leadership!

firefight41 - What ever happen to Obama's "Bring Democrats and Republicans together to pass an agenda" campaign promise? -------- He was counting on Republicans electing adults to office and not spoiled brat obstructionists.
