Well, that's not too bad! It only took four years to prosecute those involved with "death" peanut butter to be prosecuted. The wheels of government turn slowly. Those found guilty should be given prison terms of at least 20 years.

Any average low or middle income American would have been charged with murder. These fat cats are getting a slap on the wrist. For deliberately doing something that killed people.

Sad that it takes 4 years. If they had been from North Moneapolis and had bilked the neighborhood grocer they.'d have already served three years in St. Cloud or Stillwater. Instead these white collar businessmen get a slap on the wrist late . And these guys had losses of life, not just cash.

As a pro-business person, proper closure for the perpetrators, will not be complete until they all leave prison.

If you drive while drunk and kill someone it is vehicular manslaughter at a minimum but these clowns purposely sell tainted peanut butter that kills several people and all they get charged with is .....fraud??????? Money talks.
