I've lost count, how many failed green liberal failures does this make?

The company under fire in this complaint is not the manufactuter who makes the turbines. So if the manufacturer (not the company under fire) has the customers money and is not delivering turbines or is not supporting its own manufacturers warranty, shouldn't that be reported in the story? The company responded to the initial complaint with that information but that very important element of this story continues to be ignored or not understood in the reporting of this story. Is there a responsible journalist out there that can report more then just what the version that the MN AG is supplying them?
