Why in the world would Target, or any other company, hire someone with a criminal background when they have a mountain of resumes from people that have no record? It's not Target's obligation to second-chance people back into society. You see folks, true equality won't exist in this country until racial special interest groups go away and stop asking for special treatment. As long as special treatment is asked for, you'll never receive colorblind treatment.
