The president has gone on how many campaign and vacation trips since Jan 1st? Compare that to the number of times he has offered to sit down and work on the deficit with the GOP. Oh, wait, he has not offered to sit down with them AT ALL this year. I see. What is the definition of Leader?

How can you work with someone, when they only want one thing?

And how many vacations and time off has Congress taken? They only work 2 days a week and are off most of the time. Still make 170,400 bucks a year.

So who is refusing to meet with who Joe? How about Boehner's leadership qualities.

Our President needs to remember that the house is one third of the government. He cannot force the house to do anything. If he wants to accomplish something then he has to meet and forge a compromise with the Republicans. It does not look good when he is looking so dark in his speeches. If he wants to save this presidency then he must help the Republicans so they both look OK. And do something.

Also the House needs to remember that it is one third of the government. Boehner said today that Obama created problem and Obama needed to solve it. Well Obama can't by himself. And The House voted on the measure and accepted it so they are partly to blame also. So everyone is in a big political stand off.

Yet, rather than even ATTEMPT to get together, he goes on dozens of campaign trips and vacations. Not even close to being a leader!!!

If Boehner would know how to facetime on the iPad he would have had no problem talking to Obama while he was golfing with Tiger last weekend.

His door is open, but there is nobody there. He is out golfing. He has no intention of negotiating, so it doesn't matter if he is there or not.
