It seems to me that MNDOT is not what it used to be. Could you please post the MNDOT budgets from years ago vs. now. It's seems the shift on money into pay and bennies is resulting in more ice for longer on the roads.

Unfortunately MN-DOT has not been doing a very good job maintaining the roads for at least a decade. I suspect that shrinking budgets are to blame.
