Thats because the cuts are a good thing, Obamas the only one that thinks the country will crumble, going off the cliff in January would have been ok too.

Ten days before a new deadline for broad, automatic government spending cuts. - Please get it right Strib, there ia not a single spending cut in the deal the super committee and president agreed to. Tell the truth and say it is a slowing in the rate of growth. The budget is still larger than what it was, not a single cut. Lets talk truth and facts.

"reductions in spending for communities to pay police, firefighters and teachers" None of this is a constitutional role of the federal government.

It seems to me that the sequestration was Mr. Obama's idea in the first place to kick the can down the road. Tough crap Mr. O. You started it and now you don't want it.

While Government agencies are preparing to absorb an $85 billion hit to their bloated budgets Obama is planning on sticking US Taxpayers permanently with $330Billion annual spending for benfits for 12Million fradulently documented workers and also planning to continue flooding the labor market by importing another 48,000,000 foreign workers over the next 20-years via "comprehensive immigration reform".
