Charges: Driver drunk, going 120 mph when his airborne car crashed, killing 2 friends

A southern Minnesota man was drunk and speeding when his car crashed, killing two friends, according to prosecutors.

I am certainly not defending this guy in any way, but how do you get charged with six counts of criminlal hehicular homicide when only two people are killed? A tragedy of course, I am just curious.

They need to limit cars to 55mph. There is no reason a car should be able to go 120mph

Why does it seem the drunk driver almost always escapes with little harm and the occupants of the vehicle, or the vehicle they hit, often die?

toomuchgov: I think they throw every possible charge at the guy to see what sticks when it goes to the jury or to cause him to agree to a plea agreement.

They need to outlaw alcohol. The most deadliest drug.

Alchol and guns are like the same.. In the wrong hands they can be very deadly
