If we are going toi accept failure in every program, which it seems is par for this course, get the budding assistant and pay them nothing to win 40% of conference games some years. I too greatly overestimated Smith's abilities, even though the warning signs were all there. He was drummed out of his last job for a reason. Cut the cord with Smith after the season, send Teague packing for the colossal 800,000 dollar Kill blunder and the unwarranted Smith extension. and Put Kaler on notice that being a laughingstock is no longer an option, and demand quantifiable results and progress from him also.

I would guess Teague isn't worried about coming up with the money since he has Maturi to do the fundraising for him.
