Finally, a Minnesota winter beckons skiers, snowmobilers

The heavy snowfall has meant better conditions for winter-sports enthusiasts on trails through most parts of the state.

Last year was a very poor year for winter sports. It's great for the resorts, ski resorts and snowmobile trials. It's good for out economy!

Thanks to the Minnesota United Snowmobiler's Association for all they do to help the 250+ snowmobile clubs in Minnesota keep the 22,000+ miles of trails in great shape! I had a chance to ride some of the great trails in the Brainerd Lakes Area this past weekend and they are in perfect condition.
