On the polls changing - Interesting stat on the top ten teams (coaches poll) - all of the top ten teams have at least 2 players 6-9 and up, with most having a 6-11 or taller player (that's only counting tall players playing significant minutes); and all but two of the current top ten teams have players 6-9 and over actively shooting threes... It's a game of a foot making a difference - a decent big with a foot wider wingspan, a foot higher reach, an extra foot of step; and the days of the 80s and 90s where small and quick beat big are gone - today's 6-10 and up is quick enough that no smaller player can make up the foot to regularly stop them or get by them... And that implies that the tall team will beat the old style team regularly, and because of their 3s and the changed offenses, will tend to be streaky against other tall teams... That foot makes a huge difference today
