This article explains the divide between Obama and House Republicans pretty well - although it is a misnomer to refer to the Republicans as unyielding. They are the ones who yielded and allowed taxes to increase this year. Now it is time for Obama to yield and allow the cuts to be made that HE initially proposed. Unless Obama compromises and proposes alternative cuts Republicans should simply give him the across-the-board cuts that all of them previously agreed to.

They demand services but don't want to pay for them. They want a country but don't want to pay to have one. This is as unreasonable as the impeach statement.
