Franken urges new rules for ratings agencies

He would have an independent committee select agencies for review of financial products.

Al, good work! I agree that we need to make certain that investment ratings have integrity to protect our economy and investors. We should use the same disciplined approach in assessing government programs and spending. Keep up the good work!
