Filibuster or not? GOP slow-walks Hagel nomination but says it's delayed, not dead

Yet one more disgraceful action by the GOP, one which sets a brand new precedent for future administrations. The GOP clearly learned nothing from their extremely unpopular obstructionism for the last four years. Never in US history has a minority party blocked a cabinet-level nomination. Until now. These recalcitrants are embarrassing the whole country with such tantrum-throwing behavior. Everyone knows that Hagel will be confirmed, but they just couldn't resist stalling him out until after yet another vacation. Utterly disgusting.
