Deepening European recession pulls down US stocks midday

Stocks are falling midday Thursday as reports showed Europe's recession deepened late last year.

Yes stocks are falling and so are most other things. I do not see one word about the fall in our economy in 01/13 where our GNP was 0.1 percent! And yes, Germany and Portugal is falling very quickly. So is Britan and the rest of Europe. And things do not look so nice now do they? No. Europe's recession is deepening as the article says and we are not going to escape the coming drums about our poor economy.

I sold all my stocks this week and put it into the money market because the stock market hit a nice local peak and there is nothing but downside fueled by Obama's speech.
