What Rubio won't tell you is that most of the state of Florida is under water restrictions. Mark, do you think any of those water problems are due to climate change, NAH!

It wasn't the water bottle incident but his sweating and whining talk he gave. Sounds like he has the Teaparty talking points down. He is their savior, you know.
