"People reported wrong or missing directions in navigation systems, and voice recognition software that doesn't recognize commands." ---- I don't really like that this is included in the 'dependability' ratings. These aren't dependability issues, the systems are working as designed and aren't malfunctioning...they just weren't designed well in the first place.
Of course it is nice to have a new car with at least three years of warrenty. Fine. But so many people cannot afford to buy or lease any new car. And the dependabiliy talked about in the article is not all that good. Ask almost any new driver if they have had some problems. The answer is yes. Still, if I had the cash to buy one like I use too, then I would do it. But now? Not a chance.
