Catholics of St. Cloud, just pick your own leader from among yourselves, since that's what the Bible commands. A bishop who is "above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach." (1 Tim 3:2)

I have read the article twice, but I still don't see how the St Cloud Diocese is left hanging. Bishop Kinney is still serving, and is able to until his replacement is appointed. It is true that Bishop Kinney is left hanging because he does not know when he will be able to retire.
