Why would any rational person go on a 4 day Carnival Cruise. Carnival is a cheesy line with going nowhere cruises and a host of problems.

I've been on two Carnival cruises in the last year and found them both delightful (although the Liberty was far nicer than the Destiny). The service was excellent, accommodations ample, and entertainment great.

I've also been on a Carnival Cruise and it was terrible. The AC went out (in August)on the way to The Bahamas, the cabin was dirty, and the bathrooms were nasty. I will never go on another Canival Cruise

Carnival could ave done a lot more after the fire. Why didn't they resupply the ship with food, portable toilets, generators, and repair people? The answer: it would have been expensive. But they failed to calculate the true cost in the publics perception of Carnival. Interesting name!
