The culture at Targe is messed up. They only care about style and not results. The ecommerce side of things are truley disfunctional. If Jeff was so awesome why have their online sales been flat or declining the past 2 years when everyone else can be profitable.

swarus - Legacy culture, still have departments fighting each other over "shelf space" and that mentality carries over to their web store. Every Dept has to have like 1/4 page just on the home page, makes for a clunky site. They should go back to outsourcing it with a real e-comm company that understands that market.
