Small Business Administrator Mills leaving Obama administration

For as much help as the Obama administration has given to small businesses (i.e., not much!), the entire Small Business Administration could shut down for the rest of his term, and no one would even notice! Could also save the taxpayers a lot of salary expense for the next 4 years.
