This officer's trouble started when he reported a fellow officer for beating up a homeless man. He was then shunned by the rest of the department as a snitch and driven off the force. I'll bet he has solid information, not just about criminal activity in the police department, but rampant corruption in the justice system as well. Too bad he went off the deep end with this killing spree. They won't let him be taken alive now.
