An almost perfect cartoon. The lumberjack's should read "US House Tree Pruning" as that is where the problem lies.

Sack totally flips the truth in most of his liberal cartoons, and this is a perfect example. In reality, the logger should be standing next to the tree with a teeny tiny saw taking a little chip out of the tree, the sequester represents a 5% cut in a budget that has exploded 28% in the last 4 years.
