I love living downtown, and I am excited about these proposed improvements as well as the prospect of new neighbors. More residents means healthier businesses and safer neighborhoods.

Colin Barr is a good guy. Colin, make sure that Hennepin Avenue is reconstructed with a greenway down the center and traffic on each side as we discussed, similar to the main street in Prague.
