Mr. Kline would be well advised to get his own party's house in order. Obama has been forced to use recess appointments due to the unrelenting obstructionism of the Tea GOP. Now that a radical right wing judge has taken the recess appointment power away--and incidentally ruled hundreds of appointments by previous GOP Presidents illegal--, these agencies will be unable to do their jobs. The Tea GOP will continue to do the only thing they know how to do: Obstruct. Exercise a little leadership in your own caucus, Congressman.

Did these candidates receive an up or down vote on their merits? How much time had elapsed from the time these candidates were nominated? Sergeant Kline doesn't mention any reasons why these nominees had not been approved after their nomination by the President. When did Sergeant Kline join the US Senate?

Re: "Now that a radical right wing judge has taken the recess appointment power away--and incidentally ruled hundreds of appointments by previous GOP Presidents illegal--, these agencies will be unable to do their jobs." Whoa! If TEApublicans can't starve the beast, they can neuter it. For example, the US Senate hasn't confirmed an ATF director for six years. Who's tainting the process, Rep. Kline?

Mr. Kline -- Where have you been? I'm living here in Dakota County and I haven't seen hide nor hair of you in months -- What? You found something that was "safe" for you to react to without too much worry? When I see this, I think John McCain JUNIOR!

re:"...your wrong, the Judge only ruled Obamas recess appts were illegal!..."-------The reasoning and criteria used by the judge match EXACTLY hundreds of recess appointments by both Bushes, Reagan and Clinton as well. Although Obama is currently President and only his appointments are currently subject to Tea GOP lawsuits, all of these previous Presidential appointments would be invalidated if they were still in effect, using this legal decision.

"""judge match EXACTLY hundreds of recess """.... Actually, it was 3 judges in unanimous verdict--> in case you need to judge the veracity of this poster. Anyway, compared to warrantless droning legal papers, the recess appt issue is appalling but not as shocking. Then you have another poster worried about the ATF, how about that time there were 58 D's and 2 I's, why wasnt an ATF person done then, pumice. Facts just arent the friend of liberal s in recent years, are they? And 6 years of not ATF, pumice???? Obama has only been in office for 4 ;o)
