Sadly, too many are to distracted or just not interested enough to study history on their own, so, they watch Hollywood movies like ‘Argo’ and Spielberg's 'Lincoln' and think they're getting an education. 'Linclon' is now being criticized for key historical inaccuracies (example: it’s treatment of the Connecticut vote on the 13 amendment is cause for particular concern, at least to educated historians. This is terrible!). And without seeing Argo, I'm 99% sure it's just another Liberal interpretation of history (propaganda). I, like many, lived that episode daily when I was in college, so remember it well. I don't need Hollywood to tell how I should re-remember it. Thumbs down.
