The Hollin boys couldn't hit the ocean with a basketball right now. Horrible shooting for five straight games. 5 straight? Are they not practicing?

Sid u could have save yourself all that writing if u just would have said TO's and lack of timely shooting or scoring points when this team really needs them. And I do not agree with u when u say the gophers are playing a really tough schedule this season. Everyone has to play the same teams.

After trying to digest all those gopher's stats in the article I'm more confused than ever. Hate to pile on, but Tubby doesn't appear to be doing very well in coaching the lads.

Hey - it is NOT not about MN getting into the NCAA tournament. It IS about giving each and every player the best opportunity to excel in and as a team... Is this team all they can be at every outing? No?... That means the Minnesota sports community and the University is failing them.

Could the shooting woes be due to the defenses they're facing? I think so. Wisconsin, Iowa, Northwestern and the Gophers will likely be 4 of the 7 teams from the Big 10 to make the tournament, but only Michigan, Ohio State, or Indiana have much of a chance to get past the 3rd round.

This team will never finish even 10-8, maybe 9-9, are people watching the way this team is playing? They have beaten one good B1G team and thats been Michigan St. Iowa, Northwestern, Illinois and Nebraska are their wins. And Iowa was nothing short of a miracle win. 8-10 is more likely where they will end up. But Tubby will regroup and have the boys ready for the a good run in the NIT.

A suggestion for Tubby moving forward...shorten the bench!! MSU game, we had 7 players off the bench totaling 52 minutes and 4 points. Starters need to play 35 minutes each leaving 25 minutes for the bench. As tough as it is to pick 3 players off the bench to even play minutes, pick 3, get some continuity and live with it.

But we Can't beat any good teams? We could lose to #1-#10 and that would help our rpi? Being 0-10 after playing goods teams means what?

Nate Wolters scores 53 last night, Mike Muscalla is one of the best big men in the nation. Neither of these 2 players got a call from our wizard of Williams Arena named Tubby. Both of these guys would have came to the U in a heartbeat if any interest was shown, but the coaching staff would rather go all over the country and bring in Maverick and Eliot.

Winning at Illinois was a BIG win. Why? Illinois just beat the #1 team in the country last night. Of course they won at Illinois before the current free fall they're in. Turn it around Tubby. PLEASE.
