If he was ejected then obviously not wearing a seatbelt. He should be charged for that as well.

Am I the only one that thinks this story is really fishy? No seat belt worn, and the guy hits a bridge support that is about 30 feet inside the inner edge of 35E? On a 0.10 blood alchohol level? Just sayin'...
jonno: I agree, this is a really fishy case. Either he was trying to commit suicide, or the GOP were trying to bump him off. You got to wonder where the alcohol came from. We need more details about the crash, as well.
