"He said Sochi has special equipment that can make snow even in temperatures up to 59 degrees (15 C)" Wow I have got to see this. Must use some huge chillers to get that job done.

It seems that every Olympic year, be it winter or summer, we hear of delays, cost overruns, and lack of preparedness. Somehow the games begin and, barring bad weather, are completed successfully. Why bother with news reports such as this 1 year in advance?
