I have a source that thinks Yeo is creating a Houston Aeros...NHL team...if he doesn't like you, you're not playing for him. And a great observation...when Wild went 20-7 last year he basically wasn't coaching but let them play once he started coaching guess what happened. Both he and fletch could go if this "experiment" fails to produce any playoff hockey. Grandlund wasn't ready and they knew but with their egos they didn't want "egg" on their faces. Velliux...is sent down. Now tell me is he not as quick and more ready for NHL play than Grandlund? So why is he in the minors? That doesn't look good. Too much of the media and front office are and were "peeing themselves" over speed. Well newsflash, speed doesn't kill anymore in the NHL...it's size toughness and size.

Rupp sounds like a good guy , but don't think it will change anything...

Same system as the Penguins? I must be missing something. The games I have been watching there is absolutely no resemblance. Maybe the Wild are the Pens in slow motion. They certainly aren't building the team around speed. I have never see the Penguins starting meaningless fights 90 seconds into the game. They are more likely to score a couple of goals in the first 90 seconds.

In Rupp, the Wild will have all their prayers answered. He can't score or skate. What a perfect acquisition for this club.

Please list what Yeo HAS accomplished so far in his NHL coaching career that surpasses that of Todd Richards? We all know what happened to Richards, is Yeo next?

Coyle on 1st line and Heatley moved to 2nd. Not sure that's the answer either. The kid couldn't score consistently in HOU. At this point I'm open to about anything.

The decision that has many wondering - what was the coaching staff thinking when they anointed Granlund the 2nd line center before the season even started? The subsequent demotion surely could not have done his confidence any good.
