And the rebuttal on why we should retain women as guards in prisons for men?

"Vulnerable and wanting love," what BS! I am a woman, too, and am sick and tired of grown adults playing the "victim female" card! This is a crime committed against the child. Really, it should be a crime, and the child should be taken from her and placed into foster care.

I strongly agree with dmay88! Women have no place being prison guards in a male prison just as men have no place being guards in a female prison. Whoever thinks that having the opposite sex working in a prison is sadly mistaken!

Actually having both genders work in prisons has been shown to have a positive effect on staff and inmates. The attitude that opposite genders can't work with inmates is about the same as saying men and women shouldn't work togther because they may have an affair. I have worked in corrections for over 35 years.

Honestly, yes she was very irrisponsible and stupid but that doesnt warrant taking a child away. If everyone who slept with somone they shouldnt have lost their child, almost no one would have their children.
