@simplicity1 - Lindsey Kildow Vonn is a World Cup alpine ski racer with the US Ski team and an Olympic participant. She grew up in Burnsville MN and trained at Buck Hill.

That's a bummer. She posted a photo this morning from her Instagram account of her riding up in the gondola at the mountain with a big ol smile on her face too. I wish her the best and a speedy recovery.

Get well, Lindsey!

Can't help but wonder if the real reason for the injury is her dalliance with Woods. They don't call him "Tiger" for nothing.

Hope she has the same Dr as Adrian Peterson!

Lindsey is an American hero and I sure hope she can recover and continue to compete on the world ski scene.

She needs to work out with AP once ready.

AP? Why? Tiger won a US Open with a torn ACL. Everyone knows Lindsey is in good hands with Tiger.

Why is this story in the strib? Wake up people. It doesn't matter where somebody is from. All it matters is where they live now. She got out of dodge the second she got the chance and never looked back. MN you betcha folks keep claiming her as our own but she could care less.
