What gives the contractor the right to loudly play their radio while they're on a job? We have Transportation Vehicles that sit outside my house to warm up between runs, window open to let the cigarette smoke out and radio loud enough to be heard inside my house. If KFAN was so loud that the resident could hear it inside his house, then it was TOO Loud.

Yep, that guy obviously should have access to a gun so he can protect himself from knowing the outcome of sports events.

What was the utility worker's name? If you broadcast the name of the accused, you should be doing so in kind.

Yeah, I agree with Max. If someone plays a radio too loud, threatening to kill them is the obvious solution.

"According to the criminal complaint, the contractor told police she was working on a utility box and playing the sports station KFAN loudly so she could hear it while she worked. She said Drobac yelled at her, then came out of the house screaming." When he yelled at her, do you suppose it was "Turn that thing down!?" Would he not have a right to do that and should she not have complied? The rest of it an excessive reaction on his part but I think she should have complied.

What company did the contractor work for? I certainly don't want to business with the company.

After seeing Trevor Mbakwe and Rodney walking up the court behind our point guard and just standing around doing absolutely nothing... while Joe Coleman makes passes to the crowd (or at least where no Gopher off the bench existed) it seems like this rageaholic would have more to be upset about than his lack of hearing protection. - - - I was at the game... an interesting spectacle: Team without a coach.

I can't believe there would anyone stepping up to defend this persons actions. Threatening to kill someone and then instigating a standoff with police simply because of a loud radio?
