I'd agree to limiting clip size as long as we guaranteed it won't go lower then 10 ever. Also in exchange for increased mental health background checks we should eliminate gun free zones and put at least one armed guard in every school.

Felons are exempt from the registration laws due to their Fifth Amendment protection. Only people without a record can be prosecuted for failing to register.

Subd. 5. Registration of assault weapons.
