Congratulations to Viking Cris Carter for the ultimate personal achievement in professional football. He did everything he could to bring a championship to Minnesota.

So the U of M athletic department is looking at 15 million in potential expenditures just for facility improvements and repairs, let alone a new basketball practice facility. Just thinking, but the $800,000 buyout that Kill talked Teague into so as not to play games vs North Carolina would have been a nice start!

Sid, the vikings should put Cris Carter's HOF bust in their empty Super Bowl / World Championship trophy case once it is cast in bronze. Carter opitimizes the vikings franchise as a whole - numerous lofty and meaningless individual achievments but lacking the only thing that matters and that a is a Super Bowl / World Championship title!!!
