Edina hopes for new dome by November

Since the Braemar fire a year ago, the city has spent time wrangling with insurance and building code issues.

If I was the City, I'd be down cutting a deal for all that new fabric they put onto the Metrodome last year. I bet that could be fashioned into a pretty nice covering.
