So basically law enforcement has to wait until this nut decides to give himself up, in hopes he won't cause harm in the meantime, or at confrontation. It's ridiculous how much power criminals have and we seem to afford them. If I were his parents, I would want him out now. I would worry so much about a nut hurting/killing him regardless. I don't know what they should do, but for that child this is way too many minutes for him to have to endure this nut. We have to figure out how to prevent people being this messed up.
