Figures..........so why don't we just do away with the EPA since they are admitting that they are useless?

I live very close to Becker and have never noticed a "haze". Sounds like a frivolous lawsuit meant to push an agenda.

We all breathe the same air. You or your family will suffer right along with mine for these polluters.

The air is cleaner now than twenty years ago. Liberals will never be satisfied until every form of energy except windmills and solar panels are left.

When the EPA is arguing against placing more stringent and costly controls in place, you know the environmentalists have gone over the edge. (Kind of like OSHA arguing in court that a business is safe enough alread.)

Live in the Falls at the northern edge VNP. Haze? Where? I love Rainy Lake, but my Park disruptions have been due to overzealous Park Rangers. 300 HP boats with fuel to burn.

The power plant as the source of haze isn't in dispute AND the Clean Air Act requires action against haze in places like National Parks. Either enforce the rules that have been in the books for decades or eliminate them. And those who claim that air quality is better today than twenty years ago are simply deluding themselves into inaction or worse.

What haze? I live in this area. This is nothing more than a liberal agenda to reach into your wallet more than it already is. These people are shameless.
