Your exwife has control of your life. I was divorced in 2007 and it took me until last year to break free from his control even though he has been married since 2008 and I have been in a relationship for 5 years now. It is hard to do but you have to just let go. This will cause issues in your current relationship. Amy is correct tell her you will not answer any calls until she is ready to sober up. Its hard and I feel for you, such a tough spot!
