Well, well.. the administration lets one group of people out of the new law. So now more will follow. Just wait and see. I am laughing... How I hate this law.
The far right babies win again. The President has no spine, and the right can stop worrying about him being a threat to them or anything else for that matter.
The problem is that the religious zealots have the ultimate goal of having no birth control for anyone. They will be offended by this just like they were with the last compromise.
"Religious groups had said the old birth-control coverage rule violated their religious beliefs."
That's fine and dandy, but my belief is violated by religious institutions not paying taxes.......
It's time someone stood up to him.
It's a fair compromise as long as employees get the coverage they deserve.

It's time someone stood up to him...... Republicans have obstructed Obama every step of the way. That's why they got there backsides kicked all over the place last election.
They say teen crime rate dropped around 15 years after states addopted pro-choice legislation. Hopefully those unexpected pregnancies from prolifers won't show up 15 years later on police blotters. After all they claim to be pro family.
I am waiting for the Christian Scientist employer who refuses all health care coverage for employees because it violates his beliefs. Or the Jehovah's Witness employer who refuses to pay for any blood work. Sauce for the goose . . .. The plain result of allowing employers to impose their personal religious beliefs upon employees is absurdly differing levels of health coverage and care.
The irony is that most members of these religious groups use birth control. I suppose Obama caved because he doesn't want to deal with the lawsuits. Sometimes you have to pick your battles. I wish Catholics who used birth control would speak up.
