Mixed? No major achievements? What constitutes a major achievement? Clinton was and is magnificent. Her major achievement is improvement of the reputation of the United States. Most significant 4 years I have seen in 50 years. Thank you Mrs. Clinton.

Good riddance. Lets hope she loses again in four years. The dems dumped her once they'll do it again.

Mixed? What difference does it make?

I remember DEMs blasting the Bush administration for not solving the Israeli -Palestinian issue. Hillary Clinton is billed by the DEMs and the press as the smartest, hardest working Sec Of State ever. Yet, she accomplished virtually nothing on the key issue that causes most of our problems in the middle east. Supposed genius, good intentions, and hard work are not results.

Hillary Clinton, graduate of Yale Law school, married to a 2 term president of US. I'll give her credit for parlaying her marriage to Bill into an easy US senate seat in ultra liberal NY and then Sec of State. She's very book smart, calculating, ambitious and power hungry. That is not results. Mixed results and disapointment best sum up her tenure at Sec of State.

Bush appointed Condoleeza Rice, the first black female secreatary of state yet Obama is lauded for pushing women's rights and gets media praise and votes. Hum?

skidoo4: "Four people dead and no accountability. This event occurred on her watch." Over 7,000 died on Rice's watch and nary a question from right. Condi did nothing to prevent 9/11 then participated in the lies that killed another 4,000 in Iraq. Now THAT's "no accountability."
