I know people who bought stuff, used it, and then said they weren't the buyers. At the same time, I have used this dispute process when a company would not give me a product after contacting them numerous times. As a retailer, I make people sign for every single purchase to protect myself. I keep every signed receipt filed away in case of fraud. Credit card cost me money in transaction fees and then give people the ability to defraud me. Its depressing.
