Obama, spent 3yrs of his first term doing absolutely nothing about imigration reform and then at the 11th hour just before the election he makes a masterful politcal move to buy Hispanic votes. I don't disagree with the dream act all that much but, I really dispise blatant pandering. Hispanics should be pissed at Obama and the DEMs for ignoring them for 3yrs and only then making them political fodor when it helped Obama.

Hurry up and get these illegals slapping the face of everyone that emigrated according to our laws. Set them up with drivers licenses, welfare, wick, housing subsidies, and child benefits. That will mean 12 to 20 million new democratic votes. I hope the legal imigrants make their disgust heard, loud and clear. You will be disenfranchised.

For the record, George Bush was extremely close to a bi-partisan agreement on immigration reform just before the end of his second term. The initiative was killed in part because of opposition lead by Sen. Obama. Obama was in the back pocket of labor unions and they didn't want the job competition. You won't hear about that on CBS or NBC, but its factual. Facts are funny things.

The House Republicans can't wait to do bipartisan immigration reform with the Dems in the senate. Will Obama get out of the way and let them do it????? Right now, he's trying to soak up the spotlight and take all the credit for doing nothing.

Put annother way, Obama's speech in Las Vegas was anything but helpful if we want bipartisan legistlation to pass.

This is a strange issue for the DEM. They want open free flowing borders bringing in cheap, low skill labor that has crushed many once well paying labor jobs and yet, they are supposedly the champions for paying a "fair wage"???? Seems like the DEMs screwed the unions and labor and got away with it while flooding the country will low skilled labor. Then they blame the Republicans for low wages????
