Lots of shots which is good...they'll fall eventually. But once again....late game discipline problems...taking stupid penalties that's how teams that are out played get back in games and sometimes steal wins. You have to be more disciplined Wild.

Happy fot the critical win! Still am very concerned over Backstrom's goal tending. Seems like he gives up too many rebounds right up the slot. Needs to better position himself so he blocks and controls shots, esp some of the screen shots. Still see this as a rebuilding year. A time to develope our budding stars with Parise & Suter providing leadership in said development. Go Wild!!!!!

Would love to see Granlund sent to Houston for more seasoning and Stephen Weiss acquired and placed between PMB and Seto on that second line. This team would look a whole lot better. And while you're at it, bump Powe back up to the Brodziak and Clutter line, where he belongs, and find a desk job for Cullen.

I was at the contest tonight, Grandlund does not belong yet, for sure no regular shift while he is trying to figure things out. Something this absurd will require Mister Russo to pin Fletcher/Leos ears back, I have a feeling that when Mister Fletcher signed him, part of that signing was language that secured him a position on the big club, how else could anyone explain how they play this guy gets played the same way when you can see he lacks speed and strength to play at this time

If Yeo stays with the same line up they will for sure lose against Chicago and maybe by multiple goals. Todd Richards has the perfect team for him to coach, this is going to work out for him well I think, I can see that squad making the playoffs and maybe doing some damage, they lack star power but if this game is played in Columbus the Wild lose. I like watching that number 40 on Columbus, I think Boll. Now that is a classic example of a guy that stirs stuff up when he was on the ice, Stoner would have been destroyed if he chose to fight him at the beginning of his shift, instead he waited till the very end

Why is this team gassed in the 3rd? Too much running around by he D is another problem. Hackhawks will dismantle them if they don't display on-ice discipline? Need to find "our identity?? What's that all about? If Yeo wants Jacques L's 5 defensemen approach, he won't get it out of this bunch.

Not sure why we treat a lead going into the third period as some sort of a 20 min penalty kill. We need to play just as agressive as the first two periods. For a while there I thought I was watching a replay of the Blues game. Good thing PMB scored cause the way that was sliding I'm not sure we woulda made it to OT. I'll take the two points though lets be better tonight against the Hawks!

Nice game by PMB and some others. A win is a win. Keep climbing Wild.

The Wild were thoroughly outplayed last night and were lucky to come away with a win. Be an optimist all you want but reality shows this is still not a very good team. All I've heard is how 'great' this Granlund kid is. He hasn't done anything. Just another soft Euro.
