"The money spent on the tax 'would have otherwise been available to invest in research and development and American job growth,'" ..... Interesting comment considering that Boston Scientific reduced their R&D by around $50 million in 2010 and it has stayed low ever since. Might that be a reason they are now cutting jobs? Lack of innovation leads to lack of job creation.
